The Trust Company of Tennessee hires Mead as relationship manager

The Trust Company of Tennessee has hired Grace Mead as a relationship manager, based in the firm’s Knoxville office.

Founded in 1987 and with offices in Chattanooga, Knoxville and the Tri-Cities, The Trust Company of Tennessee currently has more than $4.5 billion under management. The firm helps individuals, families, business owners and nonprofits make better financial decisions through wealth management, personal investment strategy, corporate retirement plans, estate planning and personal trust services.

A native of Rochester, New York, Mead earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Roberts Wesleyan College in 2013. She holds both Series 7 and Series 66 licensures and is a certified Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS). 

Previously, she served as financial advisor for Edward Jones, providing support and financial planning to 200 clients and as an investment professional at J.P. Morgan.

Mead, who serves as board vice chair for the Child Advocacy Center of Anderson County, and her husband, Dale, have lived in Clinton since relocating to East Tennessee in 2018. They have two sons, Everett and Mason, and attend Second Baptist Church in Clinton. In her free time, Mead enjoys water sports, hiking, culinary endeavors and orchid cultivation.
