Argent Trust Company, a subsidiary of Argent Financial Group, announced today that Caroline Forks has joined the company as trust counsel.
As trust counsel, Forks will develop and present tailored proposals designed to protect, manage and grow clients’ wealth; monitor administrative services; assess risk; and provide solutions to achieve financial goals. Forks will report directly to Brooks Campany, Oxford regional manager.

Before joining Argent, Forks served as vice president and trust advisor at Regions Bank in private wealth management. In this role, Forks advised on investment and estate planning, helping to create personalized strategic plans for high-net-worth individuals and families. Forks ensured all accounts were managed in accordance with governing documents, laws, regulations, and bank policies.

Forks earned her Bachelor of Accountancy from Mississippi State University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi. She is licensed by the Mississippi Bar and is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor.
