Next Generation of Leaders
Our Next Generation of Leaders program started in 2017 to share trust wealth industry knowledge to help us all succeed! We believe it is important for the next generation to get to know wealth management leaders in a casual setting. We encourage our NextGen to participate in our events and educational opportunities.
Next Generation Mission
The mission of the Next Generation Leaders (NextGen) group within ATO is to empower the next generation of industry leaders, owners & operators to learn and grow through networking, continuing education and mentorship with other ATO member professionals.
Do you have a NextGen leader in your company who should be a part of ATO? We’d love to have them join and integrate them with other movers and shakers in the trust wealth management industry!

We found mentors and developed relationships among fellow ATO members who have enthusiastically shared ideas, strategies and even a few warnings regarding ill-advised initiatives. We are also so grateful for ATO's vision and passion for our honorable profession, which is universally shared by the ATO membership. Please join and become another of our ATO colleagues and friends!

ATO is an association of men and women who are committed to the trust fiduciary industry in the United States. More importantly, it's a group of entrepreneurs, business owners and corporate executives who share with one another their thoughts, their insights, their questions, their concerns at forums including that Annual Meeting as well peer group sessions and other digital interactions. If you're involved in the trust business in the United States you want to be a part of the Association of Trust Organizations. For me personally the relationships and friendships along with perspectives gained from individuals who've dedicated their entire lives to the industry it's something that I treasure and I value.
